The Company decided to revise consolidated earnings forecast for the fiscal year ending August 31, 2022, which was disclosed on April 14, 2022.

(Notes) As the Company has prepared consolidated financial statements from the second quarter of the fiscal year ending August 31, 2022, the figures as of August 31, 2021 have not been stated. The non-consolidated operating revenue, operating profit, ordinary profit, net profit, and basic earnings per share for the fiscal year ending August 31, 2021 are 2,746 millions yen, 89 millions yen, 59 millions yen, 41 millions yen and 1.93 yen, respectively.
2. Reason for the revision
The previously announced consolidated earnings forecast is revised upward as a result of steady growth in the GMV of the "coconala" business due to the focus on product function development and the strength on marketing measure as well as the reduction of marketing budget as planned. The reason of reducing marketing budget is the temporary suspension of TV commercials to secure resources to consider marketing channel that have not been used. In addition, the number of lawyers registered under the fee-based service of "coconala Legal Consultation" increased
