West Vancouver, British Columbia - Cobra Venture Corporation (the 'Company' or 'Cobra') reports that it held its Annual General Meeting ('AGM') on May 26, 2022. At the AGM all matters submitted to shareholders were approved, including the adoption and approval of a new stock option plan, as further described in the Company's Information Circular that was sent to all shareholders. A total of 40.76% of the Company's issued and outstanding shares were voted at the AGM and each shareholder proposal was approved on a 99.96% to 100.00% basis.
