CMO Public Company Limited announced that it expects to receive THB 153 million in funding from Krungthai Zmico Securities Company Limited

CMO Public Company Limited announced that it will issue 25,500,000 ordinary shares at a price of THB 6 per share for gross proceeds of 153,000,000 on April 28, 2022. The transaction will include participation from new investor Krungthai Zmico Securities Company Limited. The transaction has been approved by the shareholders of the company.

The transaction is expected to close on June 2, 2022. The securities issued in the transaction will be subject to a hold period of 1 year from the date of closing.
