On January 7, 2021, Tongji Healthcare Group, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing the upcoming launch of "Clubhouse Vegas" in Las Vegas, NV, planned for this quarter, which will be the Company's fifth content creation mansion. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
