Change in Director's Information

This announcement is made by CLP Holdings Limited (the "Company") pursuant to Rules 13.51(2)(l) and 13.51B(2) of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

Dr LEE Yui Bor, a Non-executive Director of the Company, is also a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of Longmen Group Limited ("LMG"), a company incorporated in Mauritius which is a holding company whose subsidiaries are engaged in the production and exploration of coalbed methane gas in Mainland China. The Company has been informed by Dr Lee that on 26 December 2018, LMG commenced a creditors' voluntary winding up in accordance with Section 137(4) of the Mauritius Insolvency Act and joint Provisional Liquidators of LMG were appointed.

LMG is not related to the Company.

The Company has no other information on the above matter which needs to be brought to the attention of shareholders.
