City Office REIT, Inc. reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2023. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was USD 44.6 million compared to USD 45.5 million a year ago. Net loss was USD 0.68 million compared to net income of USD 2.9 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was USD 0.06 compared to basic earnings per share from continuing operations of USD 0.02 a year ago. Diluted loss per share from continuing operations was USD 0.06 compared to diluted earnings per share from continuing operations of USD 0.02 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was USD 90.56 million compared to USD 90.35 million a year ago. Net income was USD 0.024 million compared to USD 27.42 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was USD 0.09 compared to basic earnings per share from continuing operations of USD 0.54 a year ago. Diluted loss per share from continuing operations was USD 0.09 compared to diluted earnings per share from continuing operations of USD 0.53 a year ago.
