Effective February 25, 2020, Stephen Shraiberg resigned from his position as a member of the Board of Directors of City Office REIT, Inc. and all committees thereof. Mr. Shraiberg's resignation did not involve any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies, practices or otherwise. Effective February 25, 2020, the Board appointed Sabah Mirza as Chairman of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board and a member of the Compensation Committee, and John Sweet as a member of the Compensation Committee of the Board.
