CIM INTERNATIONAL : ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF NEW CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER AND CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

CIM International Group Inc., ('CSE:CIM') ('CIM' or the 'Company') announces the appointment of Huixian (Alice) Wang as the Chief Executive Officer and Steven Xu as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company following the resignations of Helen Min Zou as Chief Executive Officer and Pascal Attard as Chief Financial Officer of CIM.

Huixian (Alice) Wang, through her company, has been providing logistics services to several Fortune 500 companies, such as Ingvar Kamprad Elmtaryd Agunnaryd, for a long period of time. Ms. Wang currently holds the title of Chairman of Shenzhen Beishan International Logistics Co., Ltd. and Chief Financial Officer of Shishi Huayong New Material Technology Co., Ltd.
