Chuco Co., Ltd. (TSE:2139) agreed to acquire free living information magazine publication business of Polish Publishings, Inc. on July 3, 2015. Chuco will acquire business free of charge. The deal was resolved by the Board of Directors of Chuco.
The contract will be concluded on July 16, 2015 and the deal is expected to complete on July 16, 2015.
