China Vanke Co., Ltd.* (the "Company") intends to publish the announcement of unaudited results for the six months ended 30 June 2020 ("2020 Interim Results") on 27 August 2020 on the website of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (www.hkexnews.hk), and convene 2020 Interim Results Presentation (the "Presentation") on 28 August 2020.

In view of the ongoing prevention and control the epidemic of Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia (COVID-19), the Presentation will be broadcasted live over the Internet, and investors are welcome to participate.
