China Steel Structure Co., Ltd. announced that at its AGM held on June 23, 2020, approved the election of China Steel Corporation Representatives, Chen, Tien-Ming, Chen, Jui-Teng, Hwang, Chien-Chih, Dragon Steel Corporation Representative, Lee, Chao Hsiang, China Steel Chemical Corporation Representative, Chen, Yi-Hung, IHI Corporation Representative, Lin, Dao-Peng, Great Grandeul Steel CO., Ltd. Representative, Kuo, Chih-Huo, Shang En Investment Co., Ltd. Representative, Chen, Che-Sheng as Directors; Lee, Hwa-Teng, Lee, Xiu-Ling and Lo, Wei as Independent Directors.
CHINA STEEL STRUCTURE CO., LTD. is principally engaged in the design, processing, manufacture, installation and distribution of steel structures, as well as the provision of construction engineering services. The Company provides building steel structures, machinery bodies, steel shape structures, steel bridges and other steel products. Its products are applied in the construction of buildings, bridges, factories and power plants, as well as the manufacture of steel pipes, hot- and cold-rolled products, automobile spare parts, electronic products and others.
