Participation in Investors Reception Day Event

for Listed Companies in Beijing

The interim report for the year 2020 of China Shenhua Energy Company Limited (the "Company") was disclosed on 29 August 2020. In order to address investors' questions on the operation results of the Company, the Company will hold the Briefing on 2020 Interim Results of China Shenhua via the "Roadshow" platform of the Shanghai Stock Exchange on 8 September 2020, and participate in the Investors Reception Day Event for Listed Companies in Beijing.
