China Kunda Technology Holdings Limited announced that Mr. Ho Chew Thim (Mr Ho) passed away on 6 August 2019. Following the aforesaid cessation, Mr. Ho has also relinquished his position as a Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nominating Committee and Remuneration Committee.
