From December 29 to 31, 2013, the sales work training conference of Nanjing Sky CNC Machine Manufacturing Co., Ltd. ("Sky Company") was held in the office of the Group Company located in Konggang Industrial Park. The meeting was talking about the selling concept, new product introduction, CNC system introduction, parts and components introduction and so on, purposing on the improvement of sales performance, service ability and company development.

The training course displayed several products of Sky Company including CNC gantry milling machine (machining center), tapping center, horizontal machining center, four-axis linkage and five-axis linkage CNC machining center, high speed CNC machining center, high speed CNC engraving and milling machine, etc. The salespersons were impressed especially by the 1216 CNC gantry milling machine, which needs no service after installation and trial run, and has been sold to GE America as the only home equipment that GE has purchased. The 1625/2022 CNC gantry milling machine was installed and debugged once at a time with the highest precision in domestic land. The 2030 CNC gantry machining center was used on military product machining like military aircraft and missile with 100% qualified rate. The horizontal machining center and tapping center are accepted by customers for its machining precision. The five axis linkage product jointly developed by the Sky Company and the Taiwan Company was accepted by customers from Changshu. All these results greatly encouraged our salespersons. They expressed that they have more understanding on machine tools and sales work, and thought this training as a very good help for their work improvement. All people have seen the bright prospect of the company and feel confidence for their future work.

At the training summary , Mr. Kong Lingzuo, the general manager of the company stressed that the sales team of the Sky Company has grown up, and the company has got a clear idea about the selling work and more understanding on the machine tool manufacturing. The concept of "the market and quality should be at the first place" has been widely and deeply accepted by our staffs. In 2013, the company has achieved great results on new product development and management, and many products have received good response from the market, which created a good conditions for the company's developing in 2014. In 2014, everyone should keep his work enthusiasm, challenging and improving himself, sticking on to the goals, and trying to reach the sales target of 2014 and making his best effort on company's long lasting developing.
