China Everbright International Limited Appoints Suo Xuquan as an Independent Non-Executive Director and A Member of Each of the Remuneration Committee, Nomination Committee and the Risk Management Committee

The board of directors of China Everbright International Limited announced that Mr. Suo Xuquan has been appointed by the Board as an Independent Non-executive Director and a member of each of the Remuneration Committee, Nomination Committee and the Risk Management Committee of the Company with effect from 14 August 2018. Mr. Suo has been appointed as an independent director of China Satellite Communications Co. Ltd. since 26 June 2017.
