VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT

ESTABLISHMENT OF

BEIJING INNOMED WOMEN'S AND CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL

This is a voluntary announcement made by China Environmental Technology Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group").

The board of directors (the "Board") of the Company is pleased to announce that INNOMED Group Limited ("INNOMED"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has duly obtained the official permit from Beijing Municipal Commission of Health and Family Planning to establish 北京醫諾婦兒醫院 (Beijing INNOMED Women's and Children's Hospital*) (the "Hospital") in Beijing, through its indirectly non wholly-owned subsidiary, 北京健寶康英醫療科技有限公司 (Beijing Jianbao Kangying Medical Technology Co., Ltd*). The Hospital has established its core senior management team, and it is expected to commence the trial operation this Autumn.

Located in core area of Daxing District in Beijing, the Hospital plans to operate 105 beds and is designed to offer medium to high-end services in maternity, neonatal care and child health care services.

In addition, the Hospital has entered into a non-legally binding strategic cooperation agreement with 北京市大興區婦幼保健院 (Beijing Daxing Maternal and Child Care Hospital*), pursuant to which both parties thereto will commence strategic cooperation in, among other things, sharing of medical specialists and healthcare infrastructures sharing.

INNOMED is an investment holding company established in late 2016, which focus on developing business in the medical field. It completed the acquisition of 50% equity interests in Pacific Fertility Institutes Holding Company Limited, a reproductive medical service provider, in March 2017, and plans to continue providing assisted reproduction, obstetrics and gynecology and neonatological medicine services in the People's Republic of China and the Asian-Pacific region.

The establishment of the Hospital is a downstream expansion of INNOMED. The Board believes that the establishment of the Hospital will not only enable the Group to provide patients with the wholesome medical services covering assisted reproduction, antenatal inspection in pregnancy, procreation and neonatal care, but also have a synergistic effect on the main business of INNOMED.
