LAPSE OF PLACING OF CONVERTIBLE BONDS

Reference is made to the announcements of the Company dated 20 July 2020 and 10 August 2020 (the "Announcements") in relation to the placing of Convertible Bonds. Capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcements unless otherwise stated.

As certain condition precedent to the Placing Agreement has not been fulfilled as at the date hereof, the Placing Agreement has lapsed on 17 August 2020.
