Art and Asset Auction segment are engaged in art auction operations including spring auction, autumn auction and online auction. The Company also holds asset auctions for real properties, equity interest and automobiles. Its subsidiaries mainly include Jiangsu Hexin Pawn Company Limited and Jiangsu Hexin Auction Company Limited.
