Chelsea Logistics and Infrastructure Holdings Corp. (PSE:C) acquired an additional minority interest of 9.93% in KGLI-NM Holdings, Inc. from ES Consultancy Group, Inc. for approximately PHP 870 million.

Chelsea Logistics and Infrastructure Holdings Corp. (PSE:C) acquired an additional minority interest of 9.93% in KGLI-NM Holdings, Inc. from ES Consultancy Group, Inc. for approximately PHP 870 million on October 4, 2021. As a result of the transaction, KGLI-NM Holdings will be wholly owned by Chelsea Logistics and Infrastructure as the other shareholder Udenna Investments is wholly owned by Chelsea Logistics. Chelsea purchased from ES Consultancy Group 43,081 redeemable preferred B shares and 200 common shares, or the subject shares, of KGLI-NM Holdings and purchase price of PHP 20,309.30 per preferred B share and PHP 10 per common share. Chelsea Logistics and Infrastructure Holdings Corp. (PSE:C) completed the acquisition of KGLI-NM Holdings, Inc. from ES Consultancy Group, Inc. on October 4, 2021.
