Its retail projects include Rosebud Plaza, Bateau Bay Square, Lake Macquarie Square, Rockdale Plaza, Wanneroo Central, and Currimundi Markets. The Trust invests in commercial property that includes office, industrial, retail, or social infrastructure property through a direct or unlisted property fund. The Trust is managed by Charter Hall Social Infrastructure Limited.
