Century Extrusions Limited announced that Ms. Suhita Mukhopadhyay has been appointed as a Woman Director of the company vide Resolution by Circulation dated March 28, 2015 passed by the Board of Directors of the company. In this regard, further note that her appointment has been made with effect from March 31, 2015.
