Central Telegraph (CT) has expanded the coverage of its network. The Zemledelets residential complex in the town of Krasnogorsk in the Moscow region has been covered by its network. The operator plans to connect over 70% of households in the quarter, making available its Qwerty services package as well as traditional telephony services.
