Cebu Air, Inc. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2023. For the third quarter, the company reported revenue was PHP 23,344.79 million compared to PHP 16,851.79 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 1,276.17 million compared to net loss of PHP 2,544.83 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 1.77 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of PHP 4.47 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 1.13 compared to diluted loss per share from continuing operations of PHP 4.47 a year ago.
For the nine months, revenue was PHP 66,896.14 million compared to PHP 37,533.37 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 5,025.51 million compared to net loss of PHP 12,045.61 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 7.26 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of PHP 20.46 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 4.36 compared to diluted loss per share from continuing operations of PHP 20.46 a year ago.
