CCL International Limited Announces Resignation of Mukesh Kumar Sharma as Non Executive Director

CCL International Ltd. has informed that Mr. Mukesh Kumar Sharma, Non Executive Director of the Company, has resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from December 28, 2016. Further, the Board of Directors in their board meeting held on January 12, 2017 has accepted their resignation with effect from December 28, 2016.
