Brightcove Inc. (NasdaqGS:BCOV) acquired remaining 37% stake in Brightcove K.K. for approximately $1.1 million on January 8, 2013. The acquisition was funded by cash on hand. Post transaction, Brightcove now owns 100% of Brightcove K.K.
