Careplus Group Berhad Announces Resignation of Tan Chuan Hock Ceased as an Independent Non-Executive Director, Member of the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee

Careplus Group Berhad announced that Mr. Tan Chuan Hock ceased as a member of the Audit Committee upon his resignation as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company on 31 December 2019. Mr. Tan Chuan Hock also ceased as Member of Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee.
