Caregen Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A214370) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 80,000 shares for KRW 6,320 million. The purpose of the share repurchase program is to stabilize the share price and to enhance shareholder value. As of December 6, 2016, the company had 507,730 shares in treasury within scope available for dividend and had no shares in treasury through other repurchase. The program will be valid up to February 6, 2019.
