Capitol Health Limited confirms the appointment of Mr. Craig Bremner as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective 9 November 2020. The appointment follows an external search to find a CFO that best aligned with CAJ's requirements and delivery of the Company strategy. Mr. Bremner is a CPA qualified finance professional with extensive experience as a CFO in the imaging industry having steered the 2015 IPO of ASX listed Integral Diagnostics (ASX: IDX) as their inaugural CFO. Prior to accepting this position, Mr. Bremner had also held the position of CFO for private equity backed Nucleus Network.
