Cannae Holdings, Inc. Elects Mark D. Linehan to the Board of Directors

On September 18, 2019, the Board of Directors of Cannae Holdings, Inc. adopted a resolution increasing the size of the Company’s Board of Directors to nine, and elected Mark D. Linehan to serve on its Board of Directors. Mr. Linehan will serve in Class III of Board of Directors, and his term will expire at the annual meeting of its shareholders to be held in 2020. Mr. Linehan has not been appointed to any committee of Board. Mr. Linehan has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Wynmark Company, a private real estate investment and development company, since he founded the company in 1993. Prior to founding Wynmark Company, he served as a Senior Vice President with the Trammell Crow Company in Los Angeles, California. Prior to working for Trammell Crow Company, Mr. Linehan worked for Kenneth Leventhal & Co. Mr. Linehan serves on the board of directors of Hudson Pacific Properties, Inc., and previously served on the board of directors of Condor Hospitality Trust, Inc. Mr. Linehan has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara and is a Certified Public Accountant.
