CANDEAL Co.,Ltd (TSE:1446) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 1,570,000 shares, representing 14.6% of its share capital, at ?506 per share for ?794.42 million. The company will repurchase its shares in order to enable the implementation of a flexible capital policy in response to changes in the business environment.
CANDEAL CO., Ltd is mainly engaged in construction service related business. Construction service related business consists of repair service, building service for living environment, building service for commercial facilities, trading and distribution. The repair service consists of repair service for interior decoration materials and furniture in buildings. Building service for living environment includes periodic inspection of houses after moving and various maintenance services. Building service for the commercial facilities consists of services such as interior finishing work of commercial facilities, installation and interior of furniture of office relocation, as well as hotel furniture installation, furniture assembly and others. Trading and distribution includes sales of repair materials and sales of interior goods.
