I-World Pharm Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire a 10.56% stake in BYON Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A032980) from W Global 1 Union and Byungjun Kim for KRW 13.7 billion on August 1, 2023. The transaction is expected to close on August 30, 2023. The deal postponed to close on September 13, 2023.
I-World Pharm Co., Ltd. cancelled the acquisition of 10.56% stake in BYON Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A032980) from W Global 1 Union and Byungjun Kim on September 25, 2023. I-World Pharm Co., Ltd. terminates the contract due to non-payment of the stock transaction balance.
BYON Co., Ltd., formerly Polyvision Co., Ltd is a Korea-based company primarily engaged in the manufacture and distribution of industrial materials.
