(Alliance News) - Buzzi Spa announced Monday that it has purchased 181,274 shares at an average price of EUR39.6009 for a total consideration of EUR7.2 million.
As a result of these purchases, Buzzi holds 7.8 million dai shares or 4.1 percent of the share capital.
Buzzi trades up 0.2 percent at EUR39.46 per share.
