· Notice no. 20220818-45 dated April 22, 2022 in respect of 'Discontinuation of usage of pool accounts for transactions in units of mutual funds on BSE StAR MF Platform'<_o3a_p>· SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/IMD/IMD-I DOF1/P/CIR/2022/132 dated September 30, 2022 in respect of 'Two-Factor Authentication for transactions in units of Mutual Funds'<_o3a_p>· Notice No. 20210804-2 and 20220429-38 dated August 4,2022 and April 29, 2022 in respect of "Enhancement of UCC Registration Structure"<_o3a_p>· Notice No. 20220902-46 dated September 2, 2022 in respect of "Nomination for Mutual Fund Unit Holders".<_o3a_p>

As per the above-mentioned SEBI Circular, Members are hereby informed that Two-Factor Authentication shall be extended to all types of Subscription transactions in the units of Mutual Funds.<_o3a_p>

In view of the above Circular, system enhancement shall be carried out to accommodate the Two Factor Authentication.<_o3a_p>

1. Client Registration :<_o3a_p>

The existing format for Client Registration and Nominee Details Upload shall be merged into a single file upload format. Revised new structure is attached as Annexure I. The Existing structure shall be discontinued on April 30, 2023 after market hours.<_o3a_p>

2. SIP/XSIP/ISIP Registration :<_o3a_p>

2 more Additional columns and 4 fillers shall be added in SIP/XSIP/ISIP registration upload structure :<_o3a_p>

· Primary Holder Email<_o3a_p>· Primary Holder Mobile<_o3a_p>· Filler 1<_o3a_p>· Filler 2<_o3a_p>· Filler 3<_o3a_p>· Filler 4<_o3a_p>

These additional fields shall be populated in all the Registration Reports.<_o3a_p>

Revised structure for SIP/XSIP/ISIP registration and reports are attached as Annexure II.<_o3a_p>

All members using third party vendor solutions and/or in-house developed trading application are hereby requested to take note of the above and arrange to initiate necessary development at their end.<_o3a_p>
