Victoria Towers, Martin Halling, Sarah Cook, Emily Holdstock, Craigie Pearson and Matthew Nelson of Forsters LLP acted as legal advisors for Rockspring. King & Wood Mallesons LLP acted as legal advisor for The British Land Company Public Limited Company.
