Devoran S.A. (WSE:DEV) entered into an agreement to acquire 50% stake in Green Mark Sp. z o. o. from Bras S.A. (WSE:BSA) for PLN 0.25 million on December 10, 2020. Under the terms of the agreement, Devoran will acquire 500 shares of Green Mark for PLN 500 per share.
In a related transaction, two private persons entered into an agreement to acquire the remaining 50% in Green Mark from Bras. Post both the transactions, Bras will hold no stake in Green Mark.
