Brand 24 S.A. announced that it expects to receive PLN 2.769 million in funding from AgioFunds Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A., Venture Inc S.A., Solution Partners Spolka Z Ograniczona Odpowiedzialnoscia Spolka Komandytowo-Akcyjna

Brand 24 S.A. (WSE:B24) announced a private placement of 130,000 shares at a price of PLN 21.3 per share for gross proceeds of PLN 2,690,000 on April 29, 2020. The transaction will include participation from returning investors Larq Growth Fund 1 FIZ, a fund managed by AgioFunds Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. for 65,000 shares, Venture Inc S.A. (WSE:VTI) for 13,000 shares, and new investor Solution Partners Spolka Z Ograniczona Odpowiedzialnoscia Spolka Komandytowo-Akcyjna for 13,000 shares. The transaction has been approved in the general meeting of its shareholders.

The transaction will be implemented from April 30 to May 31.
