(Alliance News) - BPER Banca Spa on Monday reported that rating agency Moody's has revised upward its key ratings.

Specifically, the agency revised upward in the Investment Grade area the standalone Baseline Credit Assesment rating from "ba1" to "baa3" and the long-term ratings on senior unsecured debt and the issuer rating both from "Ba1" to "Baa3."

The outlook was changed to stable from positive.

In the analysis, Moody's recognizes BPER Bank's growing ability to generate profitability and solid capital position, along with good asset quality and robust funding and liquidity position.

BPER Banca is in the green by 0.4 percent at EUR4.85 per share.
