Bosun Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the full year ended December 31, 2020. For the full year, the company announced sales was CNY 1,292.337 million compared to CNY 1,168.217 million a year ago. Operating income was CNY 161.673 million compared to CNY 91.173 million a year ago. Net income was CNY 132.969 million compared to CNY 72.219 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was CNY 0.2948 compared to CNY 0.165 a year ago.
BOSUN Co., Ltd., formerly BOSUN TOOLS CO., LTD., is principally engaged in the production and sales of diamond tools, electric power tools and alloy tools. The Company operates its business through three segments. The Diamond Tools segment mainly includes diamond circular saw blades, diamond engineering thin wall drills, diamond grinding plates, diamond cutters, tile processing tools and others. The Electric Power Tools segment primarily includes angle grinders, grinding machines, rotary hammers, engineering drills, saw machine and others. The Alloy Tools segment mainly includes hard alloy circular saw blades and carbide cutters. The Company is also engaged in the research and development, manufacture and sales of coated abrasive products. Its coated abrasive products mainly include sandpaper and sandcloth. It is also engaged in rail transit equipment parts business. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets.
