Borusan Yatirim ve Pazarlama A.S. (IBSE:BRYAT) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 1,700,000 shares for a total of TRY 40 million ($13.13 million). Repurchases will be made in the open market. The company will make the repurchases in accordance with the announcement of Capital Markets Board dated July 21, 2016.
