Bookook Securities Co. Ltd. (KOSE:A001270) agreed to acquire chemical engineering business from Dongbu Farm Hannong Co., Ltd for KRW 70 billion on April 16, 2015. The business reported total assets of KRW 74.2 billion and sales revenues of KRW 68.9 billion in 2014. The Board of Dongbu Farm Hannong passed a resolution for the transaction on April 16, 2015. The transaction is expected to complete on May 22, 2015. The proceeds will be used for repayment of loans.
