British Columbia - Bonanza Mining Corporation (the 'Company') (TSXV: BNZ), announces that Larry Donaldson has stepped down as the Company's Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in order to focus on his other core engagements.

Mr. Donaldson has served as the Company's CFO since February 2017 and will continue as the CFO for a number of other junior mining companies. The Company's Board of Directors would like to thank Mr. Donaldson for his significant contributions to the Company over the past four and one-half years. The Company also announces the appointment of Dan Martino, an associate of Larry Donaldson, as its new CFO. Mr. Martino is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) providing public practice services since 2010 with experience in accounting, assurance, financial reporting, and executive management services to companies listed on Canadian stock exchanges.

Mr. Martino was formerly a Principal with Davidson & Company LLP concentrating in assurance services until transitioning in 2018 to Donaldson Brohman Martin, CPA Inc. (DBM CPA) as a Principal providing Chief Financial Officer and financial reporting consulting services to clients in the clean technology and mineral resource sectors. He obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree at Simon Fraser University in 2010, and his CPA, CA (Chartered Professional Accountant) designation in 2013.

In conjunction with Mr. Martino's appointment as CFO, he has been granted an incentive stock option entitling him to purchase up to 250,000 shares at an exercise price of $0.15 for a period of five years, which option will vest on a quarterly basis over a period of 12 months.
