YOLO S.A. announces an Equity Buyback for PLN 74 million worth of its shares.

YOLO S.A. (WSE:YOL) commences share repurchases in July 2016 under the program mandated by the shareholders in the General Meeting held in July 2016. As per the mandate, the company is authorized to repurchase up to PLN 74 million of its shares.
