BlueVenture Group Public Company Limited Approves the Appointment of Ekasak Tangsujaritpunt as Independent Director and Member of the Audit Committee

BlueVenture Group Public Company Limited at the AGM held on April 25, 2024 approved the appointment of Mr. Ekasak Tangsujaritpunt as the independent director and member of the audit committee to fill the vacant position. The appointment of which shall take an effect as of April 25, 2024. The audit committee is consisted of: Chairman of the audit committee Mr. Udomkarn Udomsab, remaining term in office 1 year; Member of the audit committee Assoc.

Prof. Sarun Chookhiatti, remaining term in office 2 years; Member of the audit committee Mr.Ekasak Tangsujaritpunt, remaining term in office 3 years; Secretary of the audit committee Miss Nicknipa Lertvorratham.
