Bluecom Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A033560) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase KRW 10, 000 million worth of its shares pursuant to a trust contract with Kiwoom Securities Co., Ltd. The purpose of the program is to stabilize the stock prices. The program will expire on December 18, 2017. As of June 18, 2017, the company had 390,847 shares in treasury within scope available for dividend and had no shares in treasury through other repurchase.
BLUECOM CO.,LTD. is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture and distribution of mobile phone components and accessories. The Companyâs products consist of micro speakers and micro receivers, including single unit types, dual mode types, module types and others; liner motors; Bluetooth products, including mono types and stereo types, as well as radio frequency identification (RFID) tags and sound mates. The Company supplies its products within domestic market and to overseas markets.
