Big Sky Petroleum Corporation is an exploration-stage oil and gas exploration company. The Company has properties in Texas and Montana. The Company is focused on the development of unconventional tight oil reservoirs in the Southern Midland Basin of West Texas, and the Southern Alberta Basin of Montana. The Company has interests in separate land packages known as the Americana Acreage Block and the FX Block, collectively referred to as the Glacier Prospects. The Company has interest in a lease block on the eastern shelf of the southern Midland Basin in West Texas.
