Ghatge Patil Industries Ltd. acquired wind power business from Bharati Shipyard Limited (BSE:532609) for approximately INR 550 million on September 21, 2014. The sale was conducted by State Bank of India on behalf of lender banks to reduce liability of Bharati Shipyard.
