Beryl 8 Plus Public Company Limited informed that Mr. Threekwan Bunnag has resigned from the positions of the Independent Director, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, Chairman of the Audit Committee and Member of the Risk Management Committee of the Company. This resignation is effective from February 29, 2024, onwards.
