Baumart Holdings Limited Announces Re-Designation of Berthus Budiman as Non-Executive Director from Executive Director, Effective February 1, 2022

Baumart Holdings Limited announced that Berthus Budiman will transition from Executive Director to Non-Executive Director, effective February 1, 2022. Budiman will cease to be an employee of the Company and will become entitled to an annual director's fee of AUD 20,000 on his transition to a non-executive director role. His terms of appointment will otherwise remain materially unchanged.
