APPOINTMENT OF AUDITOR

This announcement is made by Bauhaus International (Holdings) Limited (the "Company") pursuant to Rule 13.51(4) of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

Reference is made to the announcement of the Company dated 11 February 2021 in relation to the change in auditor. The board of directors (the "Board") of the Company hereby announces that on 24 February 2021, the Board has appointed Grant Thornton Hong Kong Limited ("GT") as the new auditor of the Company with effect from 24 February 2021 to fill the casual vacancy following the resignation of Ernst & Young and to hold office until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of the Company.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to extend our warm welcome to GT on its appointment.
