In accordance with BasicNet's policy on disclosing additional financial information, as communicated to the market on 18 January 2017, the annual corporate events calendar for the examination and the approval of the financial results by the Board of Directors and the Shareholders' Meeting for 2018 follows:

February 19, 2018 Board of Directors: examination of 2017 preliminary results.

March 19, 2018 Board of Directors: approval of the draft of statutory and consolidated financial statements at December 31, 2017.

April 24, 2018 Board of Directors: examination of the commercial performance at March 31, 2018.

April 24, 2018 Shareholders' Meeting: approval of the financial statements at December 31, 2017 (single call).

July 27, 2018 Board of Directors: approval of the 2018 Half-Year Report.

November 13, 2018 Board of Directors: examination of the commercial performance at September 30, 2018.

Any change to the above dates will be communicated in a timely manner.

Basic Net SpA is a parent of the BasicNet Group and together with its subsidiaries focuses on distribution and development of branded leisurewear, sportswear, footwear and accessories under various trademarks, including Kappa, Robe di Kappa, Jesus Jeans, K-Way, Superga, Briko, Sebago and Sabelt.
